Returns and Refunds Policy:

• In order to exercise this cancellation right, you must inform us of the decision with a clear statement. You can inform us by email at contact@reboundrepublic.com We will send the refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned products. We will use a payment method which allows us to credit the order refund to the designated customer who will not be charged any refund fees. Sale items can also be refunded. Please note that items that are being sold are not NBA licensed, they are 1 on 1 copy of the licensed products. Your refund request may take up to 30 business days to be refunded, in case the ordered items have been produced and already dispatched for shipping.

Return conditions:

In order for the products to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

• The product is not used or damaged
• The products are in the original packaging

The following products cannot be returned:

• Products supplied according to specifications or customization indicated.
• Products that are already in transit or have left our warehouse can’t be refunded. Only way to refund it is to receive it and send it back to the sender to receive a refund.
• Rebound Republic is not a logistics company. All of our deliveries take place with partnership with a logistics company.
• Items that were seized by customs (mostly reflected as “abnormal status”) can’t be refunded unless new tracking coded provided and received by customer. Refunding process 0f these items are being held with the same method as for normal deliveries.
• Products supplied which by nature are non-returnable, such as products that perish quickly or expired.
• Products supplied which are not returnable for hygienic and sanitary reasons, opened after delivery.
• Products supplied which, after delivery, by nature, are inseparable from others.
• We have provided our customers with a size chart to be able to pick the right size for themselves. In case if the size do not fit, we can offer to re-ship the jersey. Regarding refunding the jersey, refund requests will be evaluated and investigated. We reserve the right to refuse the refund in case of wrong size order.
• Customers can request a refund or exchange in 14 days after the purchase. If we receive the request later than that, you will not be eligible for a refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that do not meet the return conditions above at our sole discretion.

To initiate a refund, please contact us to receive a return authorization number.

Once we receive the returned items and confirm that they are in their original condition, we will process the refund. Please note that the refund process may take several days to complete, depending on your payment method.

If you received a defective or damaged item, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can assist you with a replacement or a refund. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do everything in our power to make it right.
